    CLF Coarse Particle Flotation Machine
    Introduction

    Flotation machine is applicable to grading of non-ferrous and ferrous metal, also applicable to grading of nonmetals, such as coal, fluorite and talc. The impeller of flotation machine is driven by motor v-belt, centrifugal effect is thus produced and negative pressure is formed, which, on the one hand, absorbs adequate air to mix with ore pulp, and on the other hand, stirs the ore pulp and mixes the ore pulp with medicines and refine bubbles; thus, the minerals will be adhered to the bubbles and float to the pulp surface and form foam layer. Adjust the opening of flash board and cone valve and control the liquid level to make the useful bubbles scraped out by scraper blade. For selection of flotation machines, the following information shall be indicated: Models, specifications and number of flotation cells. Number of scraper blade devices (left or right). Single-side scraping or double-side scraping. Numbers of feed boxes, middling boxes, tailing boxes, feed pipes and middling pipes. Liquid level can be controlled manually, electrically or automatically. Deployment diagram of flotation technological process should be provided.

    Coarse-particle pneumatic flotation machine is used for separating non-ferrous metal, ferrous metal and chemical materials. It is suitable for grading of coarse particles but can also handle the grading of fine particles, which means it is for flotation of all particle sizes. It has the following feature: adopting new-type impeller-stator system and installed with cell with forced circulation passage consisting of false bottom and grid plate, a whole new ore pulp circulation mode, a stable separation area and foam layer are formed under the function of impeller, circulation passage. It provides fine hydromechanical conditions, and improves the load capacity of mineralized bubbles and particle size of ore grinding under flotation. For common flotation machines, the handing range of particle size is 0.01-0.15mm, but it can reach 0.4-0.7mm, thus overcoming the shortcoming of other flotation machines in terms of poor flotation effect of coarse feeding. In addition, the concentration of ore pulp which returns to the impeller area is low with fine particle size, which reduces the wear of impeller and stator. Its aeration performance is good and power consumption is low.
    Coarse-particle pneumatic flotation machine is composed of motor and driving mechanism, and equipped with the cell with circulation passage, false bottom and grid plate, stator and impeller mechanism made up of impeller, air distributor, hollow spindle and bearing body.
    CLF coarse particle flotation machine is divided into two types: green cell and suction cell, which can be selected according to the flotation process.
